Nutrition - Lean Spreads for Lunch

I often see people in my immediate surroundings "wrong" to eat bread for lunch. Under "wrong" I mean spreads include chocolate spread, jam with added sugars and fat cheese. It's not surprising that all these people are thick. If you want to stay a healthy weight, you must choose spreads high in protein and low in sugar and fat for a great lunch alternative. In this article, I give you some suggestions for lean, but still tasty sandwich filling.

Meats
Roasted or smoked meats such as chicken and turkey, ham, and Coburger ham yorkham are rich in protein and contain about 3 to 6 grams of fat per 100 grams. Cut the trimmed it off!
Cans of fish
In the supermarket you can choose from a wide range of fish. For example there are salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines and shrimp. Some fish like salmon and mackerel are rich in fat, but for the most omega-3 fats, which are good for you. Tuna and shrimp are low in fat. These two are the best choices for a low fat diet. Please note that you buy them in water

Preserve
Jam and honey are low in protein and are (natural) sugars such as fructose. These foods are therefore not my favourite. Still, they fit well in a low fat diet if you do not take too much. Please note that your jam and honey with no added sugar!

Peanut butter
Peanut butter is a food which is a very high calorific value by the large amount of fat. Overall this is unsaturated fat and so good for you. Yet I would avoid peanut butter as much as possible into a lean diet. The best thing to get peanut butter from the health food store because no flavouring and colouring in it. Good peanut butter in the pot has two layers: An upper oil layer and a solid layer below. Just stir it again and you can smear. Do not take more than 15 grams of peanut butter a day! Other alternatives include hazelnut paste four or nut butters.

Eggs
People often think that eggs are bad for you. This is partly true, but on the other eggs have many good qualities. Eggs are rich in beneficial nutrients such as folic acid, riboflavin, selenium, vitamin B12, and choline. A boiled egg gives you only 75 calories. If you egg them out, you reduce the amount of fat you take.
Butter
Many people like their bread without butter. Yet it would be wise to take any butter because butter fat is enormous. It gives you a lot of unnecessary calories. It’s just a matter of getting used to.

Low-fat cheese
There have been much different light cheeses (eg Slankie, Leerdammer, Milner and Beemster Light) for sale in supermarkets. For me, this cheese good for nothing. They contain many preservatives. Furthermore, they still contain fat. It would be better not to eat cheese.

Bread
The bread itself is also important and it really makes a Great Lunch Alternative. Take a whole wheat or multigrain bread. And absolutely no white bread!
